Jennise Chaffold, MBA, RHIA has 15 years of experience in the Healthcare Arena and currently works as a Healthcare Management Consultant in Greater Houston, as well as Adjunct Instructor for several online colleges and universities. Jennise worked for 8 years as a Hospital Administrator in the roles of CEO, Director of Quality/Risk and HIM Director. Jennise brings to her presentations solid steps to help improve processes not just pertinent to the Hospital Operations, but across the entire organization.
Robyn Horn has a Master’s degree in Long-Term Care Administration from University of North Texas as well as an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. She served as a licensed nursing home administrator for 13 years which included two years at an Alzheimer’s assisted living facility. Robyn has facilitated several caregiver support groups in both facility and community settings.
Donna Wrabel is the administrator and co-owner of a non-medical, in-home care company. Donna, an LMSW, has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Houston where she graduated as a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society of Social Work. She has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Education and was a member of Kappa Delta Pi National Honor Society for Education.

Martha Fiddes is a Physical Therapist and a Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist with over 20 years experience. She has served as a clinical and financial Medicare consultant for long term care facilities and rehab agencies. Martha is also a Certified QiGong Master and teaches yoga and Tai Chi.
Rachel Pearlman, LCSW, obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. She has extensive experience in counseling families and patients/residents in hospice and long-term care.
Candy Wade is the owner and administrator of a non-medical, in-home care company with 31 years in the field of education. She was awarded the 2000-01 Teacher of the Year from Lewisville and is listed in Who’s Who among American teachers. She has a master’s degree in education, is a Certified Senior Advisor, and trained as a certified coach and Master Trainer for the Matter of Balance program. In addition to being a member of the Texas Fall Prevention Coalition, Candy volunteers at local senior centers, and works as a volunteer teaching fall prevention classes.
