Objectives:
- Review and define Emotional Intelligence.
- Describe the criteria for achieving social-awareness.
- Discuss the benefits of relationship-management when communicating with patients, families, co-workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify strategies for social awareness and relationship-management that will ultimately lead to better patient outcomes and relationships with others.
This course is in a written format, and your certificate will be available for download immediately after successful completion of the course! A score of 70% or greater is required to pass.
