Who We Are
HIS Cornerstone was founded in 2007 by Robyn Horn after receiving her Master’s degree in Long-Term Care Administration and serving as a Nursing Home Administrator for 13 years. Robyn was deeply moved by caring for the elderly and wanted to help educate healthcare professionals and care team members on the value of quality patient-centered care while facing the daily challenges of changing policies, ethical conflicts and mental health issues. Robyn transitioned the company to her niece, Morgan, in 2024 while pursuing exciting endeavors with her new book, entitled “Transforming the Mundane Into Sacred: Spirituality in Caregiving for the Elderly.” Morgan Taylor has passionately been involved in the education HIS Cornerstone provides since 2015 and is eager to continue Robyn’s legacy of reaching the hearts of older adults through the care of healthcare providers.
HIS Cornerstone partners with licensed professionals across the United States who are experts in their field to write CE courses pertinent to today’s evolving healthcare system. Each course is rigorously reviewed by our team to meet the standards of our accreditation approvers. Specializing in the delivery of On Demand CE courses, Live CE webinars and Live In Person presentations across the US, we work with clients in the healthcare industry (i.e. hospice and home health agencies, nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities, etc.) who serve as a liaison by scheduling our CE events in their area for their referral sources and staff members.

We have crafted a diverse range of continuing education courses with topics that cater to our clients’ direct needs. Not only do we have lists of expansive CE topics from which to choose, but we are also continually updating and writing new CE courses for our clients as new information becomes available.
As stated in our slogan, Quality Education is the Cornerstone for Quality Care, nothing is deemed quality unless it is crafted with proper education.
With education comes validity, and that is our goal –bringing rich information to healthcare professionals so that they may better care for their patients.
Meet Our Team
Morgan Taylor, CSA
Co-Owner | President
Morgan Taylor received her Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University in Communications with a minor in Business Administration. After caring for her grandfather in his last months of life, she became deeply passionate about caring for older adults and the implications of being a family caregiver. With this passion, Morgan has helped ensure that HIS Cornerstone’s continuing education material remains relevant for healthcare professionals and care team members through extensive research and analysis of the presented content. She is a Certified Senior Advisor and helps assist older adults in their care needs while providing referrals as needed.
Morgan oversees the company’s CE compliance, marketing materials and client CE requests. In her free time, she enjoys playing with/homeschooling her 2 kids, exercising, camping, traveling and golfing with her husband.
Rachel Dudley, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, BSN, RN
Accredited Provider Program Director
Rachel has a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston after she received her Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health at Texas A&M University in College Station and then her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Relying on updated and accurate continuing education material to implement in practice is imperative for Rachel as she works as a family nurse practitioner. It is her passion to ensure quality of care is brought to every patient through quality education.
Rachel helps in the planning and development of each of our CE courses while ensuring compliance with the ANCC. In her free time, she enjoys working out, baking and spending time with her kids.
Continuing Education Accreditations
Nurses – HIS Cornerstone is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Social Workers – HIS Cornerstone, provider #2082, is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. ACE provider approval period: 03/25/2025–03/25/2026.
ACMA and CCMC Case Managers – HIS Cornerstone CE courses fit the description of ACMA approved CEs, because HIS Cornerstone is a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. As of July 1, 2020 CCMC recognizes ACMA’s continuing education offerings to meet the requirements of the Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential.
