Live In Person or Live Webinar CE Events

Cancellation Policy: We understand that events may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are happy to accommodate any needs. However, to cover the preparation costs for a live CE event that is cancelled, we will invoice a service charge depending on the date of cancellation. If HIS Cornerstone credentials one of your team members to present the course and the event is cancelled more than 10 days prior to the event date, a $50 service charge will be invoiced for the presenter materials. If the CE event is cancelled less than 10 days prior the the event date, a $100 service charge will be invoiced for the cost of the presenter materials and the event day documents. If HIS Cornerstone is providing a presenter and the event is cancelled within 10 days of the event date, a $150 service charge will be invoiced.

Reschedule Policy: If an event is rescheduled, there will not be a separate service charge. The event will be invoiced as a regular live CE presentation with no additional fees.
